We have 3 independent branches with dedicated staff and support services at Delhi, Mumbai & Bengaluru through which we can turnaround business of any size, scale and magnitude across the length and breadth of the country in no time.

Rigorous Induction Process

One of the hallmarks of Vibgyor is its non-negotiable 15 day induction process that each and every employee goes through. We have over 8 hours of video created by our CEO and detailed assignments which need to be done without which no employee is allowed to begin their actual job.

Our Delhi HO

We have a company owned sprawling building situated at Okhla in New Delhi with over 10,000 sq feet of working area spread across 4 levels. We invest in a healthy, happy, safe and comfortable work environment so that our colleagues can churn out the best quality work.

Unique Systems & Processes

We are pretty sure that we would be the only experiential agency in the country that has a 600 page manual, detailing out every aspect of our work. We ensure that it is updated, studied and followed by each and every person who works with us.

Entrepreneurial Culture

We not only have 3 independent business units but also 10 teams (5 in Delhi, 3 in Mumbai & 2 in Bengaluru) which handle their own key relationship accounts and work with complete autonomy ensuring client’s delight.

The EEMA Association

Vibgyor is one of the founding members of EEMA - The Event & Entertainment Management Association of India. Our leadership has been and currently is part of the National Executive Committee and works closely with industry leaders to constantly upskill & upgrade this eco system.

Our Support Functions

We believe that strong support functions enable the team to create exceptional results which is why we have invested heavily in HR, Admin, IT, Legal, Finance, Marcom & Procurement. All these support functions come together with the CS, Operations and Creative team to create outstanding experiences for our clients.

Hands on Management

Despite having a large team and multiple projects going on simultaneously, our management is involved in each and every project that Vibgyor does. We have a simple mantra, no client or project is big or small; once we have taken it on, it is our responsibility to deliver perfection.
